Tim and I get quirky all the time. We just get silly and stupid. He just brings a sense of play to the work that if it wasn’t there, it could get too contentious and too competitive between the two of them. The fact that he says yes to my crazy ideas and I say yes to his crazy ideas, just make it a really fun day at work.
MIDDLE-EARTH MEME: [1/5 locations] Mirkwood
"The forest of Mirkwood was the home of many Wood-Elves for thousands of years. Known as Greenwood the Great at the time, it became the primary settlement for elves when Oropher became king and established the realm as his own. With thick trees and twisted branches, the forest provided safety and privacy for the Woodland elves, who were a wary people. Oropher died in the Battle of Dagorlad and his kingship passed on to his son Thranduil, who successfully ruled the great forest until long after the Fourth Age. The forest itself was inhabited by Sauron’s forces and was then called Mirkwood, as dark creatures began to flourish in the trees and giant spiders were a constant threat to the elves. Thranduil and his people had become very guarded over time until the end of the Third Age when the shadow of Sauron was finally driven out of the forest, and the realm was once again named Greenwood.”
